This townhouse is spacious, fully refurbished and is located within easy walking distance to everything. The beach and boulevard are just meters away, the supermarket is a few minute walk, restaurants are around the corner, the old town at 10 minutes and Puerto Banus at 10-15 minutes walk. Both of these walks are very entertaining walks through nice areas filled with amenities.

There is centralized airconditioning throughout the bedrooms and living room. For people travelling with kids that do not want to take the car for every little thing, this townhouse is the perfect place!!
