Beachside Mansion Finca Royale is an impressive villa on the “Costa del Sol” (Province of Málaga). It is situated in the Marbella area on a 3.000m2 plot of land and features a beautiful garden with large stretches of landscaped gardens and mature palm trees.
The garden also boasts a wide variety of lush fruit and ornamental trees as well as decorative plants among which you are able to sunbathe or simply relax under their shade.
At this villa, everything is within easy range!
At minutes walking you will find all you need, such as a supermarket (Supersol), bars, restaurants, discotheques, car rental, pharmacy, among other amenities.
The renowned “Puerto Banús”, situated only a few minutes by car from the villa, is a seaport in which the most famous yachts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches, shop in the most exclusive boutiques, dine in one of the many restaurants, or have a drink in a trendy bar or discotheque.
As an alternative to your private swimming pool, the public beach is located only 6 minutes by foot (600 meters) from the villa. There you can find a variety of beach bars, restaurants and the lovely San Pedro de Alcántara boulevard.
If you prefer golf as an activity, there are 18 luxurious golf courses within a 25km radius of the villa. There are 32 golf courses in the province of Malaga, which is why this region is also called the “Costa del Golf”.
The villa is accessed from the street through a large automatic gate, which gives way to a parking area with space for 8 cars (4 covered). The lush garden, trees and plants flank both sides of the parking area and provide a pleasant setting to the main entrance of the villa.
In order to have the most pleasant and relaxing experience, in addition to the stunning swimming pool, sun beds and towels are made available for our guests. Around the garden and next to the pool there is plenty of space where to position your sun bed, whether you prefer direct sunlight or would rather enjoy the shade of one of the many trees on the premises. In the garden area next to the swimming pool (15m x 7m) there is an external shower where you can cool off and a barbeque grill where you can prepare your lunch and/or dinner.
The outdoor area around the villa offers different spots to sit and relax or dine ‘al fresco’ while you enjoy views of the villa, garden and the swimming pool. You may chose to have a peaceful meal at the teak wood table (seating 6) under 2 scenic trees which provide natural shade.
Alternatively there is an additional sitting/lounging area located next to the pool. 2 large tables, 16 armchairs and 4 puff chairs remain at your disposal on which you can relax between dips in the pool or enjoy a meal next to the crystal clear blue water.
The villa is surrounded by a luscious and beautiful garden with an abundance of trees and plants, including fruit trees of all kinds. Mango, apple, pear, lemon, orange, fig, avocado, plum, passion fruit and pomegranate trees are planted throughout the garden and bear fresh fruit during the spring, summer and fall months. The large lawn areas will allow you to enjoy a variety of outside activities. The villa is also equipped with table tennis facilities for your enjoyment.
In total the 700m2 villa can accommodate between 14 and 18 persons, offering 7 bedrooms (4 on ground floor and 3 on first floor) and 6 bathrooms (3 on ground floor and 3 on first floor) in the main building. In order to accommodate 16 persons, we can add 2 extra single beds to the Master Bedroom. To increase the overall capacity to 18 persons, you have the option to house 2 additional guests in the Annex (additional charge of EUR 750). The villa has been equipped with wireless Internet, which is free of charge and air conditioning (hot and cold air).
The villa also offers common areas, including an Entrance Hall, Guest Lavatory, Main Lounge Area, Library & Games Room, Summer Lounge Area, Dining & Bar Area (with piano), Andalusian Patio, Main Kitchen, Junior Kitchen, Gym, Barbeque and Annex.
