Casa Acosta - ¡las mejores vistas de Estepona en la Nueva Milla de Oro!
El apartamento:
Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios tiene una de las mejores vistas panorámicas del mar de la Costa del Sol.
El espacioso apartamento está situado en la nueva milla de oro entre Estepona y Marbella en la conocida urbanización residencial de Acosta Los Flamingos y frente al prestigioso Hotel Villa Padierna, Benahavis.
El complejo ofrece un aparcamiento subterráneo seguro y una hermosa zona de piscina con tumbonas comunitarias e increíbles vistas sobre las montañas, el valle de golf hasta el mar, Gibraltar y la costa de Marruecos.
El apartamento está distribuido en una sola planta con un ascensor hasta la zona de aparcamiento y la piscina.
El apartamento ofrece una cocina fresca y totalmente equipada con una sala de servicio separada. El amplio salón está amueblado con gusto con una mesa de comedor, sillas y un sofá, cuidadosamente posicionados para disfrutar de la vista en todo momento. También hay un televisor inteligente y WIFI.

El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado para descubrir todos los puntos destacados de la Costa del Sol: Marbella, con su reconocido Casco Antiguo, Puerto Banús, el sitio UNESCO Ronda, Gibraltar, los famosos pueblos blancos andaluces como Mijas y Benahavis - la llamada "capital culinaria de Andalucía" con sus numerosos restaurantes, algunos de los cuales tienen estrellas Michelin. Estepona, con sus largas playas de arena, casco antiguo y hermoso puerto, está a solo 10 minutos y el apartamento está a solo 5 minutos de la Playa del Saladillo y la Senda Litoral, un sendero costero que se extiende por millas, perfecto para correr, andar en bicicleta o simplemente caminar y explorar los numerosos chiringuitos que ofrece la costa de Estepona. En 3 minutos encontrará varios supermercados, así como la localidad de Cancelada con restaurantes locales e internacionales.

The apartment is in a great location - 15 minute walk from Playa del Cristo and also the port which has a few bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to Estepona old town and La Rada beach with its Chiringuitos which are perfect for a meal with kids on the beach. The balcony is north facing so didn't really get any sun. This wasn't an issue for us as we were keeping baby in the shade but might be for some. We hired 2 travel cots, 1 of which initially had a mattress that was too small but a correct one was brought the next day which we appreciated. There was no bottle openerhairdryer so we bought our own in the end. Not a massive issue but just would have been good to know. There is a lot of construction going on which we knew about before booking but when inside the apartment you can't really hear it and I'm sure it will be lovely when it's done. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Estepona!

Casa Alma is a wonderful apartment! Beautifully furnished, well equipped, and spacious. Outdoor areas and pool were clean and nice. The terrace is furnished in the same style as inside, and is perfect for both meals and relaxation. The whole area is under construction, and we were bothered by construction noise for the first few days. There were machines drilling in the ground in front of us, and to the side. We contacted Just rent Marbella who moved us to another apartment, and after a few days we returned. Then they finished the drilling and the construction noise is perfectly acceptable. We would like to thank Just Rent Marbella for taking good care of us, and who did their utmost to ensure that we were comfortable.
