F.A.Q's for Owners
Some questions that we’re frequently asked by owners looking to let their property:
You will be paid the first week of each month for all rentals with a starting date in the previous month. Each booking will have their own separate payment. When logging into our backend system you can also, at all times, see an overview of this.
By the end of the quarter you will receive a quarterly statement with the details of all rentals and payments.
We do not set any limitations on your own usage. It is YOUR holiday home so you should use it when you want to.
Via the access to our backoffice system you can indicate the dates that you wish to use it yourself so this is clear to all parties and we advertise only the available dates.
