It features an open kitchen allowing absolute comfort and communication, a smart TV in the living room and comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people. Furthermore, there is a large terrace by the living room with a comfortable lounge and afternoon sunshine. The master bedroom also has a smaller private balcony.
The urbanisation offers absolute tranquility and comfort. There is a communal pool which has a great location and is very private. Furthermore there is a gym area that is freely accessible and features stunning sea views.
The golfer cannot find a better place to stay since there are several golf courses in the neighbourhood. Within a five-minute drive you will find Las Brisas, Aloha, Magna and Los Naranjos Golf Clubs. Within a 7-8-minute drive, you reach the beach as well as many more golf courses.
San Pedro, Benahavis and the area of Nueva Andalucia are only a 5-minute drive away; Here you will find Marbella’s finest restaurants, bars and shops. The beach and the town/port of Puerto Banús are a 10-minute drive away.
