The living/dining area leads to the veranda with seating for 2 where you can enjoy the serene views over the communal gardens, swimming pool, and the sea.
There is an indoor dining table that sits 4 and in the living area, a Smart TV. The fully equipped corner kitchen sits by the entrance and has a hatch opening to the dining area. There is a utility area with a washing machine.
The Master Bedroom has a big double bed (180cm), a small balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a 160cm double bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
There is a sofa-bed in the Living Room, suitable for children up to the age of 12.
There is secure parking in the entry areas of the urbanization and the home has aircon and Wi-Fi throughout.
Costalita is a gated complex with beautifully landscaped gardens, direct beach access and a magnificent large swimming pool. The complex is perfectly located and all amenities including restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are a stone’s throw away.

Casa Acosta - the best views in Estepona on the New Golden Mile!

This 2 Bed has one of the best panoramic sea views of the Costa del sol!
The spacious apartment is situated on the new golden mile between Estepona and Marbella in the well known residential urbanization of Acosta Los Flamingos and opposite the prestigious Hotel Villa Padierna, Benahavis.
The complex offers secure underground parking and a beautiful pool area with communal sunbeds and incredible views over the mountains, the golf valley to the sea, Gibraltar, and the coast of Morocco.
The apartment is arranged over one floor with a lift to the parking and pool area.
