Toscana Hills Penthouse is a Scandinavian styled 3- bedroom Penthouse with great taste and a lot of heart, highlights being the newly renovated modern Kitchen and gorgeous rooftop Terrace!
Toscana Hills Penthouse offers the best of both worlds make it a perfect choice for a holiday home. It is ideally located in Costalita in a tranquil area with relaxing views over the sea and mountains, yet only a 5 minute drive to the beach and a little further to Marbella.
It has easy access to the main road which takes you to Puerto Banús in one direction, with its glamour, chic shops and restaurants and to the town of Estepona to the west, a buzzing town with tapas bars and plazas, each within merely a 10-minute drive. Furthermore, you are very close to the prestigious Villa Padierna Golf Resort with its 3 golf courses and Beach and Racquet club. These facilities are open to outside guests allowing for great 5* facilities just around the corner.
When going down to the beach you will find that there is a boardwalk that allows you to stroll alongside the beach for nice morning or sunset walks. Also, you will find that there are several great beach restaurants and bars in this particular area.
The Penthouse is spacious, bright and features 3 large terraces. It is comprised of an open plan living/dining area that leads to a brand new, fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would need and more! There are 3 double bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom.
One of the best and certainly unique aspects of this apartment is the ample terrace space. There is a good sized terrace outside of the kitchen area from which you overlook the pool and can see the sea. This terrace features a lounge area as well as a dining / breakfast area with a BBQ. This terrace is south faced so perfect for all you sun lovers! There is also a stone pizza oven for your enjoyment.
On the other hand there is a large backside terrace just outside the living room. This one is very nice to escape the sun during the day yet soak up the evening sunshine. It features a nice lounge area and a staircase up to the roof-terrace. The roof-terrace is very large and has sunshine all day. With stunning views over the hills, la Concha and the Mediterranean sea it is the ideal place to really relax. You can find there a lounge area, sun loungers as well as a dining table. The perfect place to really get that pure stress-free holiday feeling.
Toscana Hills is a gated complex with landscaped gardens and a magnificent, laguna style swimming pool. The pool has a lifeguard in summer.
There is air conditioning, wifi, tv and parking for one car in the underground garage.

When we came the apartment was clean. Everything was as in the description. Kitchen is very well equipped. There was everything we needed and even more. Communication with our host was without any problems and he was very helpful. I highly recommend see more
