Casa Cerro Blanco is a penthouse that offers modern, Scandinavian-styled living and boasts exceptional views over the neighborhood, of the mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon entry, you find the open plan living room and kitchen with a dining area right beside as well as a gorgeous wine cabinet to suit. Spaciously designed and with contemporary furnishings this area is wonderfully lit and bright with direct access to a terrace. On this lower terrace, you also have an additional outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals with the calm Mediterranean breeze whenever you’d like!
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an American-style fridge/freezer, and central island/bar, and high-spec appliances.
On the entrance level, there are 2 bedrooms. The first with 2 single beds and the second with a double bed. These bedrooms also have access to bathrooms on the same level and are beautiful in design and decoration.
Headed upstairs, you find the Master Bedroom which is stunning! An ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and walk-in closet, complete with a massive round mirror behind a long countertop on the edge of the room, giving the room a unique feel to it. There is one more bedroom on this level which is another double bed ensuite.
On the upper-level terrace, you have a cozy chill-out spot with some sun loungers, seating, a “fire table”, and a private plunge pool to bask in the sun in privacy, not to mention the views!
There is of course AC throughout, Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi, and an allocated parking space in the garage, with direct access to the Penthouse.
The communal grounds are wonderfully kept. There is a very large pool with a smaller kids’ pool, surrounded by tropical gardens. There are tennis courts to enjoy too, all within the secure gated complex.
The location of the villa is ideal; In the heart of Marbella’s most popular Nueva Andalucia area right beside Centro Plaza, making it ideal for those who enjoy golf and the comforts and luxury of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The area of Nueva Andalucia features some of the town’s best restaurants, pool clubs, bars, nightlife, golf clubs and a choice of supermarkets. In just a few minutes’ drive you could be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, San Pedro or simply on the beach.

Casa Libertad is a 4-bedroom duplex penthouse with stunning panoramic views over the valley of Marbella to La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has just been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard, providing all the mod cons, fresh Scandinavian style and functionality, while still giving a homely feel.

There is a communal swimming pool to enjoy. As it is shared by just 12 apartments it is usually very quiet there.
The location of Casa Libertad is right in the heart of Marbella’s most upcoming district, Nueva Andalucia. With that said you will find yourself within just a few minutes’ drive to Puerto Banús and Marbella old town.
For those that prefer to travel on foot, not to worry, there are a few bars, a supermarket and some restaurants within just a 4-5 minutes’ walk.
For the golf lovers it may be good to know that not only do you have great views over Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, the golf clubs of Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) are located at just a few minutes’ walk.

The location was perfect for us, walking distance into Puerto Banus and the local beaches. We absolutely loved it and would have no hesitation to recommend the apartment. We will definitely be back . Our host was also super friendly and responsive.
