Upon entering, the fully equipped kitchen is to the right which extends through an open plan design into the living room with a lounge area, Smart TV, and a dining table, that further leads to the comfortable and cozy terrace with views into the gardens and communal swimming pool.
The terrace has a dining table as well as a coffee lounge/chill-out area.
The Master bedroom has a large bed and a bathroom beside it with a rain shower. There is another bedroom which holds two large single beds that also has its own bathroom.
There is aircon and Wi-Fi throughout the home, private parking, and ground-floor access to the apartment.
The gated urbanisation, with 24hr security, boasts grassed areas, and communal swimming pools, and is quite literally a 20-second stroll to the sands of the beach and the promenade.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. The bustling area of Puerto Banus is just a short walk away and you can even head out and walk along the entirety of the paseo along the beach and back.
