This is continued on the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool and features an outdoor dining table for 6.
There are 3 bedrooms. The Master has a double bed and a separate walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 3 beds; The 3rd bedroom has a single bed that is a Nest bed, meaning a 5th bed can be made up for a child. There are 2 separate bathrooms.
Outside in the condominium swimming pool area, you will love its tranquil atmosphere, or swimming in the pool’s clear waters, is also perfect for your kids as it has a children’s pool!
The location of our apartment is perfect, close to it all yet in a quiet area. Puerto Banus is only a 15 minutes walk away, so is the beach. You have a few restaurants and bars within less than 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket. Marbella Old Town is 10 minutes drive away, and you have 4 world class golf courses within less than 5 minutes drive (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta).
From its convenient location in Nueva Andalucía, you’ll have quick and easy access to so many of La Costa del Sol’s sought-after attractions, beaches, avant – garde cuisine, natural wonders, mountain-top white-washed villages, and more. Marbella’s warmer microclimate is an excellent perk of visiting the south of Spain, so you can hit the beach even in winter if you wish. Spotless skies and relaxing strolls along the shore can turn your holidays into a magnificent joyous break from work.

Casa Lily offers a fresh, clean and stylish space to enjoy your holidays. It has just been renovated to a very high and contemporary Scandinavian standard with stylish details such as industrial glass features in the master bedroom and the bathrooms in grey marble with gold fixtures and fittings.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with double doors leading to the sizeable terrace (23m2). The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double-glazed windows in all windows facing the terrace. The terrace is spacious, west facing and has a built-in outdoor kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable outdoor dining and lounge furniture creates the perfect space for sundowners and alfresco dining.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite bathroom and a third separate bathroom. The master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom have windows facing the community garden and pool area. In total this enables for 6 to sleep very comfortably. There is one 180cm bed and 2 160cm beds. Furthermore, there is also one separate mattress that can be used if anybody would prefer to sleep apart.
There is air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV to access Netflix, YouTube, etc, and IPTV (various international channels) and WIFI are provided. There is also a safe in the Master bedroom.
Casa Lily is in a small gated complex. It is secluded, quaint, and beautifully designed in a typical Andalusian way with a clean and inviting swimming pool in lovely, well-maintained private gardens. There is also a shower and toilet facilities by the pool. Two sunbeds are provided by the owner for you to use by the swimming pool. As the complex is small, the pool does not get overly busy, even in the height of summer. An additional bonus is that the entrance to the apartment is from the ground floor and this is the only apartment with direct access to the community pool without any stairs – Perfect for families with children!
The area of Nueva Andalucia offers something for everyone, with at least 6 impressive golf courses close by, the shopping centre Centro Plaza a stone's throw away, many stylish and excellent restaurants and it also hosts a famous street market each Saturday.
More importantly, using the pedestrian tunnel that goes under the highway, you can walk to the beach and the jet set of the World-Famous Puerto Banús in under 10 minutes! Surrounded by amenities and a very short distance to Marbella’s finest Golf Clubs, Casa Lily offers the perfect location for your holidays in Marbella.

Casa La Maestranza is a fully refurbished 3-bed apartment; exquisitely decorated, offering elegant functionality - all you'd expect from a holiday home.
The open-plan kitchen-living area provides a stylish space to relax and dine. This is continued on the terrace which features outdoor dining furniture and a Weber gas BBQ… perfect for Summer Alfresco Dining. The kitchen offers modern appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment.
The Master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring two rain showers and has access to the terrace. There are a further 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shared bathroom.
There is hot/cold air conditioning, International television, WIFI, and a parking space in the garage.
This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary, and stylish space to enjoy your holidays…. an absolute gem!
Set in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, surrounded by amenities (supermarket, butcher and wine shop just round the corner), a very short distance to Marbella’s finest Golf Clubs, and only a 20-minute walk to the beach and Puerto Banús: La Maestranza boasts a fantastic location. Add to that several communal swimming pools (one heated!) and tropical gardens, this urbanisation is perfect for a holiday in Marbella.
