Casa Libertad is a 4-bedroom duplex penthouse with stunning panoramic views over the valley of Marbella to La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has just been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard, providing all the mod cons, fresh Scandinavian style and functionality, while still giving a homely feel.
The living room and exquisite kitchen are open plan allowing you to enjoy the views from every corner of the first floor.
From the living room you can step out to the spacious terrace where you will find a large dining table, a BBQ and a lounge corner with parasol. This is the ideal place for a morning coffee or late nightcap while soaking up the views of Marbella.
Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with twin singles. There are two bathrooms shared between the 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a smaller patio area that leads to the amazing roof terrace that has cushioned bench seats, sunbeds and a roof-top shower.
All beds and mattresses have been bought and imported especially from Sweden guaranteeing a good night’s rest for your holiday time. Electronic window blinds, Aircon, Wi-Fi are also featured, along with the most up-to-date alarm system.
There is a communal swimming pool to enjoy. As it is shared by just 12 apartments it is usually very quiet there.
The location of Casa Libertad is right in the heart of Marbella’s most upcoming district, Nueva Andalucia. With that said you will find yourself within just a few minutes’ drive to Puerto Banús and Marbella old town.
For those that prefer to travel on foot, not to worry, there are a few bars, a supermarket and some restaurants within just a 4-5 minutes’ walk.
For the golf lovers it may be good to know that not only do you have great views over Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, the golf clubs of Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) are located at just a few minutes’ walk.
