Casa Lily is a beautifully refurbished, bright and modern apartment right next to the Casino and H10 Hotel in Puerto Banús!

Casa Lily offers a fresh, clean and stylish space to enjoy your holidays. It has just been renovated to a very high and contemporary Scandinavian standard with stylish details such as industrial glass features in the master bedroom and the bathrooms in grey marble with gold fixtures and fittings.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with double doors leading to the sizeable terrace (23m2). The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double-glazed windows in all windows facing the terrace. The terrace is spacious, west facing and has a built-in outdoor kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable outdoor dining and lounge furniture creates the perfect space for sundowners and alfresco dining.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite bathroom and a third separate bathroom. The master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom have windows facing the community garden and pool area. In total this enables for 6 to sleep very comfortably. There is one 180cm bed and 2 160cm beds. Furthermore, there is also one separate mattress that can be used if anybody would prefer to sleep apart.

There is air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV to access Netflix, YouTube, etc, and IPTV (various international channels) and WIFI are provided. There is also a safe in the Master bedroom.

Casa Lily is in a small gated complex. It is secluded, quaint, and beautifully designed in a typical Andalusian way with a clean and inviting swimming pool in lovely, well-maintained private gardens. There is also a shower and toilet facilities by the pool. Two sunbeds are provided by the owner for you to use by the swimming pool. As the complex is small, the pool does not get overly busy, even in the height of summer. An additional bonus is that the entrance to the apartment is from the ground floor and this is the only apartment with direct access to the community pool without any stairs – Perfect for families with children!

The area of Nueva Andalucia offers something for everyone, with at least 6 impressive golf courses close by, the shopping centre Centro Plaza a stone's throw away, many stylish and excellent restaurants and it also hosts a famous street market each Saturday.

More importantly, using the pedestrian tunnel that goes under the highway, you can walk to the beach and the jet set of the World-Famous Puerto Banús in under 10 minutes! Surrounded by amenities and a very short distance to Marbella’s finest Golf Clubs, Casa Lily offers the perfect location for your holidays in Marbella.

A fresh and modern 3-bed Penthouse Apartment in the heart of Nueva Andalucia!

Entering the open plan living area, you are welcomed by the contemporary boho design and décor, and the views over Golf Valley, La Concha Mountain, and the Mediterranean Sea.

The Living area features a dining table, sofa, and Smart TV. The glass sliding doors lead to the 40m2 terrace – this is the perfect space for alfresco dining while soaking up the stunning views. There is a dining table for 6, a chill-out lounge area, and a gas BBQ.

The stunning new kitchen, in white and gold, gives a bright and refreshing feel to the apartment. Fitted with top-class appliances, including a wine cooler, you will enjoy cooking up a storm for your friends or family.

There is a double bedroom just off the kitchen. Down the hall is the second bedroom fitted with a King sized bed.

The shared bathroom has a lovely large rain shower.

The Master Bedroom has direct access to the terrace, an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, and a desk.

There is air conditioning and WiFi throughout.

The first bedroom has a king sized bed(180cm), the second bedroom has a queen sized bed(160cm), and in the third bedroom is a single bed(140cm).

Jardines Penthouse has a dedicated parking space (1) in the underground garage.

This Penthouse Apartment offers a fresh, contemporary and stylish space to enjoy your holidays and has the added benefit of being in a GREAT location; Urbanisation Jardines De Andalucia is a peaceful Andalusian-style urbanisation with well-maintained gardens and a large communal swimming pool.

It is merely minutes’ walk from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife and a choice of supermarkets. In the other direction, a short walk (10-15 min) will take you to Centro Plaza area with some of Marbella’s best and most popular restaurants, including Breathe and La Sala.

Within just a few minutes’ drive you could be in Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town or San Pedro. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Puerto Banús and the nearest beach.
