Casa Ola combines contemporary Scandinavian design, comfort and beautiful Mediterranean Sea views in an excellent location in Nueva Andalucía, just minutes from Puerto Banús and the beach.

Recently renovated to a high standard, this bright three-bedroom apartment features a carefully considered interior where natural wood, clean lines and black-and-white details create a modern yet welcoming atmosphere.

The open-plan living space is designed for relaxed holiday living, with a generous L-shaped sofa, breakfast area and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Large doors connect the interior with an 18 m² private terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool and offering beautiful views towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Outside, a comfortable lounge corner, dining area for six and BBQ create an inviting setting for long lunches and evenings outdoors. The sea views provide a beautiful backdrop, while a retractable awning offers shade when needed, allowing the terrace to be enjoyed throughout the day.

The master bedroom includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
