This fine apartment, located in an award-winning complex close to Puerto Banus, has been fully refurbished into a perfect holiday home. It is light, modern, well designed, and has a large terrace with ample space to relax!
The apartment provides a feeling of spaciousness with a modern open kitchen with a breakfast bar. That way, you can cook dinner whilst still having a nice chat with the people enjoying the living area. This part of the living room is fitted with a large and comfortable corner couch from where you can enjoy the smart TV. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
From the living room, you step out onto the beautifully decorated outside terrace where you will find ample space to relax and switch off from all stress. There is a lounge corner and a large dining table.
The apartment is located in an award-winning complex that has many wonderful facilities as a luxury hotel complex would.
The tropical communal gardens are wide and well-maintained and offer 3 large pool areas and a poolside restaurant with a real pizza oven. An official reception, children’s club, and state-of-the-art gym with spa and indoor pool (extra fees) make this high-standard complex a complete package to enjoy it all.
Puerto Banus is just a few minutes away and so is the heart of Marbella with its lovely old town center, the parks and of course the famous Promenade “Paseo Maritimo”.
For people who enjoy playing golf, there is a large number of high-class golf courses around, in a range of 2-10 minutes of driving. Furthermore, there are lots of activities available like water parks, and animal parks such as Selwo Marina in Benalmádena with dolphin shows or Selwo Aventura Safari Park in Estepona, a Butterfly park or watching Crocodiles in Torremolinos.

Lovely, clean and well equipped modern apartment in a superb location within a few minutes walk of Marbella centre, harbour and Orange square. The apartment has direct access to the Marbella seafront promenade and we enjoyed daily walks along the milsee more
Lovely, clean and well equipped modern apartment in a superb location within a few minutes walk of Marbella centre, harbour and Orange square. The apartment has direct access to the Marbella seafront promenade and we enjoyed daily walks along the miles of seafront with plenty of excellent bars and seafood restaurants to choose from. Great cocktails and seafood within a short stroll. The sea view from the large balcony was amazing, with Puerto Banus in the distance. We had access to 3 pools and with no shortage of beds and umbrellas. The apartment provided us with an excellent base to explore the area I would definitely recommend.

Seul point négatif : trop peu d’inclusion. L’hôte vous facturera le ménage en cours de séjour, même pour un long séjour. Même en payant, ça semble difficile à organiser de leur côté. Vous devrez aussi fournir plein de petits items, comme des sacs à ordures, pastilles à lave-vaisselle, etc. En général, le logement reste une perle dans la région! Magnifique!
