The top floor is the Master suite with a unique glass-fronted ensuite bathroom with double showers. There is a desk next to the four-poster double bed. From here you can access the lovely roof terrace! There are 2 sunbeds and a seating area. This is the perfect space for sunbathing, or chilling while soaking up the mountain views.
The entrance level is open plan and benefits from 2 terraces. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6. The lounge features an L-shaped sofa and a large Smart TV.
The terrace off the lounge enjoys the morning sun and mountain views is set up with a seating area. The second terrace captures the afternoon and evening sunshine and is a wonderful space for outdoor dining. There is a dining table for 6, a corner couch area, a gas BBQ, dishwasher, and sink. There are retractable awnings – perfect for summer lunches or dinner under the stars.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level that share a bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The Penthouse features hot/cold AC throughout, Wifi and a private parking space in the underground car park with lift access to the complex.
Urbanisation La Maestranza is an ideal destination for families, couples and golfers. There is 24-hour security on site. There are 3 communal swimming pools (1 half Olympic size, 1 children & toddler pool and 1 all year round heated pool) all surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and bars are all within 2 minutes’ walk. The exciting and upmarket area of Puerto Banús is about a 10 minutes’ walk away where you can enjoy designer shops, a fantastic range of restaurants and a marina that is full of luxury boats. There are also sandy beaches with umbrellas and loungers for hire.
The promenade from Puerto Banús to Marbella is now complete and it is great for cyclists and walkers. The area is surrounded by golf courses (in fact the area is known as Golf Valley) and virtually all welcome non-members on a daily or longer basis and most have equipment hire facilities. On Saturdays you can visit the large market in Centro Plaza.
For those wishing to explore further, the bustling towns of Marbella and Estepona are a short drive away and in the hills the white villages of Istán, Ojén, Caceres and Ronda are well worth a visit.

Casa Lily offers a fresh, clean and stylish space to enjoy your holidays. It has just been renovated to a very high and contemporary Scandinavian standard with stylish details such as industrial glass features in the master bedroom and the bathrooms in grey marble with gold fixtures and fittings.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with double doors leading to the sizeable terrace (23m2). The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double-glazed windows in all windows facing the terrace. The terrace is spacious, west facing and has a built-in outdoor kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable outdoor dining and lounge furniture creates the perfect space for sundowners and alfresco dining.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite bathroom and a third separate bathroom. The master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom have windows facing the community garden and pool area. In total this enables for 6 to sleep very comfortably. There is one 180cm bed and 2 160cm beds. Furthermore, there is also one separate mattress that can be used if anybody would prefer to sleep apart.
There is air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV to access Netflix, YouTube, etc, and IPTV (various international channels) and WIFI are provided. There is also a safe in the Master bedroom.
Casa Lily is in a small gated complex. It is secluded, quaint, and beautifully designed in a typical Andalusian way with a clean and inviting swimming pool in lovely, well-maintained private gardens. There is also a shower and toilet facilities by the pool. Two sunbeds are provided by the owner for you to use by the swimming pool. As the complex is small, the pool does not get overly busy, even in the height of summer. An additional bonus is that the entrance to the apartment is from the ground floor and this is the only apartment with direct access to the community pool without any stairs – Perfect for families with children!
The area of Nueva Andalucia offers something for everyone, with at least 6 impressive golf courses close by, the shopping centre Centro Plaza a stone's throw away, many stylish and excellent restaurants and it also hosts a famous street market each Saturday.
More importantly, using the pedestrian tunnel that goes under the highway, you can walk to the beach and the jet set of the World-Famous Puerto Banús in under 10 minutes! Casa La Maestranza is a fully refurbished 3-bed apartment; exquisitely decorated, offering elegant functionality - all you'd expect from a holiday home.
The open-plan kitchen-living area provides a stylish space to relax and dine. This is continued on the terrace which features outdoor dining furniture and a Weber gas BBQ… perfect for Summer Alfresco Dining. The kitchen offers modern appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment.
The Master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring two rain showers and has access to the terrace. There are a further 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shared bathroom.
There is hot/cold air conditioning, International television, WIFI, and a parking space in the garage.
This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary, and stylish space to enjoy your holidays…. an absolute gem!

We had a great time in this Airbnb. We were two adults and a 2yr old and all loved the venue. Location: - about 25 minute walk to Puerto Banus , although it is hilly ! Some nice restaurants just outside the complex - fat mamas and planet eatery Mexicsee more

Some nice restaurants just outside the complex - fat mamas and planet eatery Mexican … both lovely. Several shops nearby including a convenience shop and a supermarket. Also the large Puerto Banus market is on a Saturday just up the hill - so great ! Apartment: - has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Bedrooms are generous , beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms very nice with powerful and hot showers. Balconies are lovely - we often sat out to eat. Only used the hot tub once but a lovely addition. Bath towels provided. The apartment is on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) and no lift so be mindful. Parking: - small spaces but very convenient Complex: - really lovely area. Lots of nice plants and super clean ! We used the pool everyday , x3 pools in total including a kiddy pool.
