There are 3 double bedrooms, The Master has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have access to the lovely terrace.

Further features include underfloor heating in the bathrooms, hot/cold AC, Apple TV, and a washer/dryer.

The complex enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and a large communal swimming pool. Parking is on the street.

The location of the apartment is perfect, close to it all yet in a quiet area. Puerto Banús is only a 15 minutes’ walk away, so is the beach. You have a few restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket. Marbella Old Town is 10 minutes’ drive away, and you have 4 world-class golf courses less than 5 minutes’ drive away (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta).
