The Kitchen/Dining Room can be closed off with sliding doors. There is a dining table for 6 and a lovely, new, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Here there is access to the rear terrace which features an outdoor lounge area and a dining table for 8. The patio is partly covered, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a BBQ here too.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each. There is a double room with a 140cm bed, and a separate bathroom with a rain shower. The Master Bedroom has a 160 bed, a walkthrough closet area, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom.
