Casa Esquina is a lovely corner townhouse with a large rear patio and a small private garden, ideal to enjoy as a family.
The spacious living room enjoys 2 seating areas, a large TV, and a fireplace, making it a cosy and elegant space.
The Kitchen/Dining Room can be closed off with sliding doors. There is a dining table for 6 and a lovely, new, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Here there is access to the rear terrace which features an outdoor lounge area and a dining table for 8. The patio is partly covered, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a BBQ here too.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each. There is a double room with a 140cm bed, and a separate bathroom with a rain shower. The Master Bedroom has a 160 bed, a walkthrough closet area, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom. It has a 160cm bed and access to the terrace.
The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor. It is a twin (2 x 90cm), with a bathroom and a terrace. (Please note there is restricted height.)
There is aircon and wifi throughout. There is roadside parking and a communal swimming pool on the other side of the road.
Casa Esquina is located in an exclusive, gated urbanization, with 24 hour security. It is less than 1 kilometre from Puerto Banús and the beach. There is a small shopping centre and Supermarket very close by (500m). The Townhouse is very well connected with the AP7 nearby and Marbella’s extensive bus network.

A Brand New 3 Bedroom Townhouse on the Golden Mile! Casa Senses is a fantastic sustainable luxury-designed holiday home, in the chic Puente Romano neighbourhood just a short walk from the sea. It sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, however, the office can be used as a 4th bedroom for children by using the sofa-bed. There is a large living area with a dining table, an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There are 4 terraces, all with parasols, one with a large dining table for up to 8 people, 2 with 2 sunbeds. The Roof Top Terrace features a large lounge area, a dining table with benches, a barbecue, a sink and an outdoor shower, all enjoying views of the endless Mediterranean Sea and La Concha Mountain. Downstairs, there is a fitness room with a training bike from Life Fitness, a cross trainer, and yoga mats. Casa Senses offers an all-round sustainable concept. The organic design blends the interior and exterior of the house with its surroundings. Using natural and sustainable materials from renowned designers, it feels like a luxurious home. The villa is huge! We stayed as a family of 7 and never felt crammedon top of each other. There is space both indoors and outdoors. All the rooms have wardrobes and/or chest of drawers. The beds are comfy. Most rooms have access to a balconyterrace. see more

The beds are comfy. Most rooms have access to a balconyterrace. The bathrooms are well equipped. The kitchen is also very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob and big fridge/freezer. The villa is close to Puerto Banus. There is a supermarket on the Habitacion, it’s big and has everything you need. Alternatively there is also a big shopping centre about 15 mins drive with a very big supermarket. The pool is great, big enough to share with other people and never felt too busy. The WiFi is good throughout the property.

Located in a private urbanisation which was very well maintained and very beautiful with flowers and palm trees wherever you look. There is. Super market in the middle with everything you need to self cater. Puerto Banus is walkable (20 mins)a short ride in a taxi (we found bolt the best for 7 of us). Check in and out was easy with the charming staff of justrent marbella. Highly recommend this property!!
