Casa Esquina is a lovely corner townhouse with a large rear patio and a small private garden, ideal to enjoy as a family.
The spacious living room enjoys 2 seating areas, a large TV, and a fireplace, making it a cosy and elegant space.
The Kitchen/Dining Room can be closed off with sliding doors. There is a dining table for 6 and a lovely, new, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Here there is access to the rear terrace which features an outdoor lounge area and a dining table for 8. The patio is partly covered, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a BBQ here too.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each. There is a double room with a 140cm bed, and a separate bathroom with a rain shower. The Master Bedroom has a 160 bed, a walkthrough closet area, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom. It has a 160cm bed and access to the terrace.
The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor. It is a twin (2 x 90cm), with a bathroom and a terrace. (Please note there is restricted height.)
There is aircon and wifi throughout. There is roadside parking and a communal swimming pool on the other side of the road.
Casa Esquina is located in an exclusive, gated urbanization, with 24 hour security. It is less than 1 kilometre from Puerto Banús and the beach. There is a small shopping centre and Supermarket very close by (500m). The Townhouse is very well connected with the AP7 nearby and Marbella’s extensive bus network.

Located in one of the best locations in Marbella, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of Puerto Banús, this modern villa is the perfect refuge for those who want a comfortable and modern life, but close to everything and without relying completely on a car.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom, typically the children's room with two single beds, must use one of the others.
In addition, there is a paved garden area with a private pool with the option of heating.
Around the pool there is a large space to relax with sun loungers, a seating area, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
It is located in a gated and secure complex with 24/7 security, two communal pools, a children's pool, a gym and a sauna. The complex is built in Balinese style with large green areas, lagoon-style pools and small ponds.
When entering the house, we are flooded with a sense of light and space. With double-height windows in the dining room and living areas, there is plenty of light and a very pleasant feeling of looking out towards the pool and garden area.
From the lobby we move on to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped and overlooks the pool area.
Opposite the kitchen we find the dining room and the staircase leading to the first floor. With a double-height ceiling and an open staircase, it feels bright and very spacious.
Adjacent to the dining room and kitchen is the living area. This area has a 6.5 metre high ceiling and very large windows to the outside, making it feel very bright, spacious and modern.
From here you can access the pool and the outdoor dining area.
The outdoor area is paved and has the private pool centred in the middle. Around the pool we find a dining table, a barbecue area, a seating corner and several sun loungers.
On the other side of the lobby we find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. From this bedroom we have views of the pool area and direct access to it. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a traditional Japanese-style sunken bath/shower.
The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of the three have their own en-suite bathroom, one with a jacuzzi bath and the other with a shower and jacuzzi bath.
