An exceptional 6-bed Villa with patio and private pool in the heart of Marbella Old Town!

This treasure-trove of a villa offers unique accommodation in an outstanding setting in the middle of Marbella’s historical Old Town. This converted hostal features 6 ensuite bedrooms, a lovely roof terrace, and a private swimming pool in the central patio.

A clever combination of the original building with Moorish stone walls and Bohemian-chic decoration and furnishings, makes this a truly special Villa. Furthermore, there is a brand-new kitchen with ultra-modern appliances. The bedrooms each have their own theme with furnishings to match.

Upon entering the villa, you have the open plan lounge/dining areas with original parquet flooring, one double bedroom with TV and ensuite shower room (with accessibility facilities) and a guest wc. The kitchen has been fully renovated and features a central bar-island, a very large fridge/freezer, and a professional coffee machine.

There is access to the patio and pool from the dining area and the kitchen.

The patio has various chill-out and dining areas, and sun loungers. The pool has the option to heat in the winter months.

On the first floor, there is a double ensuite bedroom with a small terrace and access, via external stairs, to the pool and main patio.
There is a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub and separate shower), TV, a private terrace and access to the patio.
The fourth double bedroom has an ensuite shower.

On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom with a seating area, TV, and a private kitchenette (with small fridge, microwave and a hot plate) and ensuite shower room. Additionally, there is one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a private outdoor shower.

And finally, on the second floor there is a beautiful roof terrace with a dining table with a large parasol, a bar/kitchenette with a gas grill and sink… perfect for alfresco dining on the long summer nights!

There is AC and Wifi throughout.

Inside, the open-plan layout flows effortlessly from a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with island and bar seating, to a warm and inviting dining space where a handcrafted 12-seater wooden table takes centre stage. Just beyond, a sprawling 16-seater sofa stretches out in the lounge, facing wide glass doors that open to the covered terrace. Here, indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly — whether you're watching a movie, sharing a bottle of wine, or simply enjoying the view of the pool glistening in the afternoon sun.

Step outside and you’ll discover the heart of the villa: a spectacular private pool with built-in underwater loungers and seating, surrounded by swaying palms, plush sunbeds, and a dreamy Bali bed that invites long naps or lazy afternoons with a book.
