The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, there is an indoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace features stunning designer furniture with a chill-out lounge, a gorgeous wood-topped dining table, an array of sunbeds and a BBQ.
There is one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs; the bedroom downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs are en-suite, spacious and have access to terraces. The other two bedrooms, of which one has a very cool bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom, share one bathroom. All together the villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 people.
Further features include underfloor heating throughout, an alarm system, aircon, wifi, gated parking for 2 cars, and optional pool heating (at an additional cost).
This stunning luxury Villa has been set up to fulfill the highest demands, for guests who seek to enjoy top-end style, comfort and convenience combined, and is set within one of the finest areas of Marbella, Rio Real: quiet, yet very close to Marbella downtown, the famous beaches and everything Marbella is known for.
A 5-minute car journey will get you to the La Cañada shopping centre and the historical Old Town of Marbella. The Rio Real Golf Club and the beach clubs like Trocadero Arena and Opium Beach club are within walking distance. La Cabane is a 30-minute walk along the beach.
