The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with island and bar-seating area. A stunning and exclusive 12-seater wooden dining table separates the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge has a huge 16-seater sofa that looks out to the covered terrace and pool. There is a corner TV area, also with access to the terrace. The covered terrace leads to the pool and grass area where you will find various sunbeds and loungers and a hammock. The swimming pool has special features too! There are three seats and 3 in-built (underwater) sun loungers. Just perfect for lazy sunny afternoons!
The 6 ensuite bedrooms are split between the main house and two studio apartments. One apartment is inside the main plot, opposite the pool. The second apartment is below the first and has its own independent access. In the main house there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin, all beautifully and tastefully decorated and finished with high quality linens and furnishings.
The main attraction in Villa Eden is the various entertainment and chillout “zones”. Above the apartment there is a rooftop bar that overlooks the pool and garden. Above the main house there is a second rooftop terrace that enjoys mountain views. Here you can relish the views and summer evenings in the jacuzzi or cooking and dining as there is a BBQ, grill, kitchenette and large dining table. Below this terrace, to the back of the house, is the third chillout area with a large corner lounge, a grassed area with a Pizza oven, a lovely sunbed/swing and a table tennis table.
There is parking on the gated driveway and further on-street parking. And needless to say the villa has ducted air conditioning and WIFI.
What makes this villa even more ideal is its location. In a secure, gated complex in the heart of the Golf Valley, it is a mere 500 meters away from the Aloha strip where you will find some of Nueva Andalucía’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife. There is also a supermarket and sports centre there. Even though it is so close to amenities, the residential urbanization is safe and quiet.
Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. Should you fall outside of this category but wish to book nonetheless, please send us an enquiry detailing a bit more about yourself and the group that you will be travelling with so we can request this for you.
