This traditional Andalusian style villa offers fantastic accommodation and entertainment areas and is located 400m from Marbella’s finest beaches and restaurants. Elegant décor, various terraces, sea views and spacious bedrooms, this villa has it all!
The entrance level is very spacious and airy thanks to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a beautiful indoor patio allowing natural light into all the rooms.
The living area features a variety of sofas and seating areas and a fireplace for the winter evenings. The vast kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the terrace. There is a laundry room with a washing machine (no dryer).
On this level there is also a double bedroom (210cm bed) with en-suite shower and access to the indoor patio, a separate Tv room and an independent “Wing” with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles (180) and 1 bunk bed), a bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette.
The large, level garden has trees in one corner providing pleasant shade for the BBQ area. There is seating for 16. This area leads around to the very large pool (12 x 5,5m) and the vegetable/fruit garden. The terraces feature an array of sunbeds and parasols.
Upstairs, there is the Master Bedroom with 210 double bed and en-suite with shower and jacuzzi bath and access to the upper terrace. There are a further 3 bedrooms (180cm beds), all with ensuite showers.
The upper terrace has great sea views, a second built-in bbq/outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge corner to enjoy sundowners watching the sun sets over the Mediterranean Sea.
There is covered parking for 3 cars and space for further 2 cars, wifi and aircon.
Villa Amfora is located in Elviria and is only 400m from the finest sand beaches of Marbella as well as some of its best beach restaurants and bars. Elviria is known for its charming centre as well as the wide selection of restaurants and bars. This centre is easily accessible by foot at just about 10-15 minutes and offers a choice of over 50 different restaurants, various supermarkets and many bars. On the beach you will also find plenty to do with various beach restaurants, bars and even the world-famous Nikki Beach. Furthermore, there is a place where you can do water sports so there’s plenty to do for everyone.
Villa Amfora is very close to the Santa Maria Golf Course and a 10-minute car journey to the west will take you to Marbella centre where you can enjoy the Old Town. A 15-minute car journey to the east you will find the bustling town of Fuengirola which also offers a charming Old Town and various shopping centres and beautiful beaches.

Exquisite Beachfront Mansion with direct beach access!
An exceptional villa on a very large plot with direct access to the popular Hippopotamus Beach and South Beach Restaurant, located in one of the best areas east of Marbella, close to many golf courses and the popular 5-star Los Monteros Hotel. The mansion enjoys spectacular unobstructed views over the sea, to Gibraltar, the African coast, and mountains. The villa is 700m2 and built on a plot of 5000m2.
Villa Majestic enjoys wonderful top-quality marble floors, wooden beamed ceilings, and is fitted with A/C hot & cold throughout, IPTV systems in all bedrooms, an interior/exterior alarm system, and an “intelligent” illumination system in the garden.
This fantastic villa offers a 28-meter swimming pool with massage, jet stream, automatic self-cleaning system, and electric cover. Optional pool heating has an additional weekly cost. There is a 5-seater heated Jacuzzi next to the pool. On one side of the villa are the manicured gardens and on the other side there is an 18-hole putting green designed by the professional golfer, Manuel Jimenez.
The large pergola/bar area includes a BBQ, and a complete Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau equipment, including a fridge/freezer, ice-making machine, and a dishwasher. Surrounding the pool and on the terraces, you will find an array of outdoor lounge areas and sun loungers that can easily cater to up to 20 people.
The main entrance level consists of an elegant hall, a large living room with a fireplace, a guest bathroom, a dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen & laundry room (with double washer and dryers). There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor, two sharing a bath and one ensuite.
From the living room, you can walk straight out to the wonderful terrace, partially covered, along the length of the salon with staircases down to the pool area and vast garden.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. This floor consists of a large master bedroom suite that offers a seating area, dressing room, private terrace and an independent marble bathroom with a 2-seater jacuzzi bath and 2 separate showers.
Also on this level are 3 more double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and terraces with fantastic views from every room.
There are two parking areas for a total of 9 cars.
Marbella and Puerto Banús are a 15/20 minute drive away, both famous for international restaurants, designer boutiques and the ports berth some of the finest yachts in Europe. There are many golf courses to choose from to include Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama which hosted the Ryder Cup and Volvo Masters. The beaches here are the finest on the Costa Del Sol. All this only a 30-minute drive from Malaga airport.
