Wenn Sie nach Ihrer nächsten Ferienunterkunft suchen, müssen Sie nicht weiter suchen. Diese Villa liegt im Herzen von Nueva Andalucia, in Gehdistanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt und Restaurants und nur wenige Autominuten vom berühmten Hafen und den Stränden von Puerto Banus entfernt.
Diese Villa ist eine überraschende und einzigartige Einheit, in der Annahme, dass der Designer absolute Freiheiten und größere Visionen hatte, als er dieses Gebäude entwarf.
Der Bau ist in einem minimalistischen Stil gehalten, wobei die Inneneinrichtungsfähigkeiten und Kreativität der Besitzer dieses Zuhause sehr einladend gemacht haben.
Beim Betreten der Villa wird ein 400 Jahre alter Olivenbaum innerhalb der Konstruktion in Ruhe gelassen.
Alle 5 Schlafzimmer verfügen über eigene Badezimmer und sind gut voneinander getrennt, um absolute Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich direkt rechts vom Eingang. Wenn Sie den Flur weiter durchschreiten, befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer links vom Eingang.
Der Wohnbereich ist offen gestaltet, wo Sie – auf der Eingangsebene rechts – den Essbereich für 12 Personen und auch den Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner finden. Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und der Erholungsbereich befinden sich eine Ebene tiefer. Dort finden Sie auch einen Billardtisch.
Von der Küche aus gibt es direkten Zugang zur Außenterrasse und zum Poolbereich.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist geräumig mit einem großartigen Badezimmer en suite und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit Blick auf den Poolbereich. Insgesamt gibt es 5 Schlafzimmer. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer en suite befindet sich im Kellerbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich.
Die teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit ihrer hochwertigen Terrassenmöbeln sowie den Lounge-Sitzgelegenheiten hat eine Atmosphäre von großer Gemütlichkeit.
Der Pool kann in der Nebensaison (Oktober – Mai) gegen einen zusätzlichen Wochentarif beheizt werden. Rund um den Pool und den Whirlpool befinden sich verschiedene Sonnenliegen zum Sonnenbaden.
Die Immobilie befindet sich in kurzer Entfernung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und ist sehr nah am Hafen von Banus. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie zu begrüßen.
