Si vous recherchez votre prochain hébergement de vacances, cherchez plus loin. Cette villa est située au cœur de Nueva Andalucia, à distance de marche des commerces, du supermarché et des restaurants, et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du port et des plages réputés de Puerto Banus.
Cette villa est une unité surprenante et unique en supposant que le concepteur avait les mains absolument libres et des visions plus grandes lorsqu'il a conçu ce bâtiment.
Sa construction est dans un style minimaliste, bien que les compétences en décoration intérieure et la créativité des propriétaires aient rendu cette maison très accueillante.
Lors de l'entrée de la villa, un olivier de 400 ans est laissé en paix à l'intérieur de la construction.
Toutes les 5 chambres disposent de salles de bains attenantes et sont bien espacées pour une totale intimité. Deux chambres sont situées directement à droite de l'entrée. En continuant dans le couloir, une autre chambre avec une salle de bain attenante est située à gauche de l'entrée.
L'espace de vie est ouvert où vous trouvez - au niveau de l'entrée à droite - l'espace de restauration intérieur pour 12 personnes ainsi que la buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Le salon, la cuisine et l'espace de loisirs sont un niveau plus bas. C'est là que vous pouvez également trouver une table de billard.
Depuis la zone de cuisine, il y a un accès direct à la terrasse extérieure et à l'espace piscine.
La chambre principale est spacieuse avec une excellente salle de bain attenante et un dressing avec vue sur la zone de la piscine. Au total, il y a 5 chambres. Une autre chambre avec salle de bain attenante est située dans la zone du sous-sol avec un accès direct à la zone de la piscine.
La terrasse partiellement couverte avec ses meubles de terrasse de qualité ainsi que les sièges de salon offre une atmosphère de grande convivialité.
La piscine peut être chauffée pendant la basse saison (octobre – mai) moyennant un coût hebdomadaire supplémentaire. Il y a divers transats pour bronzer autour de la piscine et du jacuzzi.
La propriété est située à proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Et est très proche du Port de Banus. Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir.
Veuillez noter que nous accueillons uniquement les familles et les couples, pas de groupes de moins de 30 personnes, et pas de enterrements de vie de garçon ou de jeune fille.
