Si está buscando su próximo alojamiento de vacaciones, no busque más. Esta villa está ubicada en el corazón de Nueva Andalucía, a distancia de caminar de tiendas, supermercado y restaurantes, y a solo unos minutos en coche del famoso puerto y las playas de Puerto Banús.
Esta villa es una unidad sorprendente y única, considerando que el diseñador tenía las manos completamente libres y visiones más amplias cuando diseñó este edificio.
Su construcción está en un estilo minimalista, aunque las habilidades de decoración de interiores y la creatividad de los propietarios han hecho que esta casa sea muy acogedora.
Al entrar en la villa, un olivo de 400 años queda en paz dentro de la construcción.
Todos los 5 dormitorios tienen baños en suite y están bien separados para total privacidad. Dos dormitorios están ubicados directamente a la derecha de la entrada. Mientras continúas por el pasillo, otro dormitorio con un baño en suite está ubicado a la izquierda de la entrada.
El área de estar es de planta abierta donde se encuentran - en el nivel de entrada a la derecha - el comedor interior para 12 personas y también la lavandería con lavadora y secadora. La sala de estar, la cocina y el área recreativa están un nivel más abajo. Allí es donde también se puede encontrar una mesa de billar.
Desde el área de la cocina, hay acceso directo a la terraza exterior y la zona de la piscina.
La habitación principal es espaciosa con un excelente baño en suite y un vestidor con vistas a la zona de la piscina. En total, hay 5 dormitorios. Otro dormitorio con baño en suite está ubicado en la zona del sótano con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina.
La terraza parcialmente cubierta con sus muebles de terraza de calidad, así como los asientos de salón, tiene una atmósfera de gran acogedora.
La piscina se puede calentar durante la temporada baja (octubre - mayo) con un coste semanal adicional. Hay varios tumbonas para tomar el sol alrededor de la piscina y el jacuzzi.
La propiedad está ubicada a una corta distancia de transporte público y tiendas. Y está muy cerca del Puerto de Banús. Esperamos darle la bienvenida.
