Overlooking the golf course, with the Mediterranean behind, this apartment has amazing views and is the perfect place if you are looking to really unwind and fully relax.
The apartment has an open-plan living/dining room with glass curtain doors that allow you to fully open to the terrace. That way, the inside and outside are fully connected.
Both from the living room as well as the terrace you have great views.
The terrace features a comfy outside lounge area as well as a few sun loungers.
As it is located on the ground floor you can directly walk to the large community pool right from there.
The lounge contains a seating area with a TV and a dining area overlooking the wonderful views.

This fine apartment, located in an award-winning complex close to Puerto Banus, has been fully refurbished into a perfect holiday home. It is light, modern, well designed, and has a large terrace with ample space to relax!
The apartment provides a feeling of spaciousness with a modern open kitchen with a breakfast bar. That way, you can cook dinner whilst still having a nice chat with the people enjoying the living area. This part of the living room is fitted with a large and comfortable corner couch from where you can enjoy the smart TV. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
From the living room, you step out onto the beautifully decorated outside terrace where you will find ample space to relax and switch off from all stress. There is a lounge corner and a large dining table.
The apartment is located in an award-winning complex that has many wonderful facilities as a luxury hotel complex would.
The tropical communal gardens are wide and well-maintained and offer 3 large pool areas and a poolside restaurant with a real pizza oven. An official reception, children’s club, and state-of-the-art gym with spa and indoor pool (extra fees) make this high-standard complex a complete package to enjoy it all.
Puerto Banus is just a few minutes away and so is the heart of Marbella with its lovely old town center, the parks and of course the famous Promenade “Paseo Maritimo”.
For people who enjoy playing golf, there is a large number of high-class golf courses around, in a range of 2-10 minutes of driving. Furthermore, there are lots of activities available like water parks, and animal parks such as Selwo Marina in Benalmádena with dolphin shows or Selwo Aventura Safari Park in Estepona, a Butterfly park or watching Crocodiles in Torremolinos.

Very nice spacious apartment, the complex is private and beautifully managed, green and with nice pools (4 of them) and restaurant/pool bar. It takes 15 min drive from the beach/village and 7-9 min drive from groceries, it was fine for us, as then yosee more
Very nice spacious apartment, the complex is private and beautifully managed, green and with nice pools (4 of them) and restaurant/pool bar. It takes 15 min drive from the beach/village and 7-9 min drive from groceries, it was fine for us, as then you have silence and peace in the complex. You have to make many steps each time you go out from apartment, which was ok for us. We were able to cook everything we wanted, the kitchen is equipped well and also gas grill is a good thing to have on the terrace. There were always available sunbeds and umbrellas at the pools (visited in June 15-22), many beach towels in the apartment, condition worked well, though we did not need it every day as weather was not too hot. None of the internal doors had a lock, which we feeled missing. Beds were comfortable and different type of pillows available. All on all, pleasant stay, stylish and airy apartment, nice location if you have a car and friendly communication with host.
