Designed for both connection and comfort, Villa La Colina offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms — each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Four of these are conveniently located on the ground floor, offering direct access to the heart of the home. The master bedroom sits upstairs, a tranquil sanctuary with views over the pool and garden. For those seeking a little more privacy, a sixth bedroom is set apart in a charming separate guest apartment across the pool, complete with its own kitchenette — perfect for independent moments while still being part of the group.

Inside, the open-plan layout flows effortlessly from a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with island and bar seating, to a warm and inviting dining space where a handcrafted 12-seater wooden table takes centre stage. Just beyond, a sprawling 16-seater sofa stretches out in the lounge, facing wide glass doors that open to the covered terrace. Here, indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly — whether you're watching a movie, sharing a bottle of wine, or simply enjoying the view of the pool glistening in the afternoon sun.

Step outside and you’ll discover the heart of the villa: a spectacular private pool with built-in underwater loungers and seating, surrounded by swaying palms, plush sunbeds, and a dreamy Bali bed that invites long naps or lazy afternoons with a book. The terrace leads to a lush lawn and a variety of unique spots to unwind — from a rooftop terrace with sweeping mountain views and a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ, to a hidden back patio where a large corner lounge, pizza oven, ping pong table, and basketball hoop set the scene for hours of fun.

As the sun sets, the villa transforms. The rooftop becomes a magical setting for dinner under the stars, while the poolside bar — complete with outdoor TV — is the perfect place to catch up on your favourite sports or enjoy a quiet evening drink. There’s even a bar overlooking the pool from the first floor, made for moments of quiet contemplation or conversation, while still staying close to the action.

The villa is tucked inside a secure, gated community in Nueva Andalucía’s prestigious Golf Valley. Just 500 metres away, you’ll find Marbella’s finest restaurants, beach clubs, boutique shops, and the vibrant energy of the Aloha strip. Everything you need — from a well-stocked supermarket to a top-tier sports club — is within easy reach.

This frontline beach villa is located on one of the best beaches in Marbella.

This fantastic beach villa features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens out onto a terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining facilities, sunbeds and a private pool (with the option to heat for a weekly charge). As you are right on the beach, you will be able to wake up to the sea air, have coffee and breakfast watching the waves and then end the day sipping cocktails watching the sunset... Pure bliss!

The house is split over 4 floors, interconnected by an interior elevator. There are 6 double bedrooms, some having private sea-facing terraces, and the master suite featuring a stunning bathroom with a jacuzzi-bath.

A further very special feature is the “Exclusive Lounge” that can comfortably host 16 people. Additionally, the house is equipped with high-speed fiber, Sonos Music System, an alarm system, air conditioning with individual room control, under-floor heating in every room and TVs in every bedroom with international and Spanish channels.

On the 150m2 roof terrace you have an exercise area, an 8-seater jacuzzi and a bar and BBQ area. From here you have a 360-degree sea and mountain view – the perfect place to find inspiration, enjoy sundowners and alfresco dinners and to thoroughly immerse yourself in the wonderful Mediterranean lifestyle.

The Beach House is located in Elviria, 30 minutes’ drive from Malaga. This area boasts beautiful beaches and numerous acclaimed Chiringuitos, restaurants and bars, including Nikki Beach. There are supermarkets a plenty and you are only a short drive to Marbella and Puerto Banús to the west and 10 minutes’ drive to the bustling town of Fuengirola to the east.

Please note, from April to October there is a strict Saturday-Saturday, minimum 1-week booking policy.
